Do we need to move everything to Microsoft 365 first?
Not necessarily. If you are already on Microsoft 365, we start with a review of what you have. If you are moving from another system, the move is planned and checked step by step—your existing setup keeps working until the new one is verified.
What does ongoing management actually cover?
The everyday work: user accounts, licences, devices and administration, plus a clear point of contact when something comes up. Larger projects and response arrangements are agreed separately, so you know exactly what is included.
We only have a handful of employees—is this still for us?
Yes. The service is shaped for companies of 2–100 people, and the scope is sized to fit. You get the parts you need, not a bigger process than your business calls for.
What happens when someone joins or leaves?
A new colleague gets accounts, licences and a ready device from day one. When someone leaves, access is removed and data handled properly—so nothing is left open.
